Achuthanandan's son Appointment is Illegal
- A lawers panel has found that there were procedural irregularities in the appointment of Arun Kumar, former chief minister V.S. Achuthanandan's son as the director of state owned IT institute.
- Additional chief secretary T. Balakrishnan told an Assembly panel on Tuesday that there were irregularities in the appointment of former Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan’s son V.A. Arunkumar as director of Information & Communi-cation Technology (ICT) Academy.
