Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL) slashes STD rates by 50 per cent on monday 9th June 2008
All STD calls from landlines can now be made at Rs 1.20 a minute from the existing Rs 2.40 to all networks in general and the Sulabh Plan. For its rural customers, the company has slashed STD rates to as low as 0.80 paise a minute.
